Call Tracker for Megaplan CRM is a business app intended to transfer data from a smartphone into Megaplan CRM. It is exactly what you need if you want to track the duration of calls, add comments and voice/text notes. It also lets you add and edit info. The app is able to work offline and pending activities will sync automatically when the Internet connection is restored.

HOW IT WORKS
Using Call Tracker for Megaplan CRM is much easier than it may seem! Just take a look at how comfy is it in use:
You should have a OMegaplan CRM account. Having the existing account, open ‘Configuration’ and ‘Log in’. Then enter your login, password, and URL.
Even if you have not received any calls, you can already set up rules for call tracking. Open ‘Rules’ and press the “+” button in the right bottom corner. You will see a pop-up where you only need to enter the phone number and chose the rule for it.
The feature of “SMS Tracking” is unable by default, but you are able to turn it on in the app setting.
You can choose the destination where to save voice notes.
